What do I Wear?

Street clothes are fine as long as you are able to move comfortably. For people who get hot, may like to bring a change of shirt.

What sort of Footwear?

Footwear depends on the floor surface. Flat shoes are best and if the floor is carpeted than bare or socked feet are best, definitely no socks on an uncarpeted floor because of the risk of falls.

I have a health problem, is it ok for me to do it?

There are a few conditions that it is unadvisable to do Laughter Yoga.

As there is interaction between people, people with active colds or viruses are asked not to participate, however if they wish to sit away from the group they are welcome to participate.

The rules are no new pain and everyone is encouraged to do all exercises within their own ability. It is supposed to be fun.

If anyone has had abdominal surgery within 3 months or is pregnant, they may need to be cautious.

Any chronic or active condition, e.g. angina, bad haemorrhoids, serious incontinence, should not participate.

I would love to come and laugh with you and your staff.
